- Account data: name, email, password stored as a hash, and session tokens.
- Family and content data: device identifier, group codes and memberships, names, wishes, notes, links, images, delivery information, meals, allergens, events, Secret Santa data and messages.
- Safety and moderation data: reports, blocks, support or deletion requests, and necessary technical records.
- Ads and notifications: consent choices, technical or advertising identifiers, and push tokens when those features are enabled.
Purposes and legal bases
We provide accounts, private groups and requested features; protect the service, prevent abuse and moderate content; provide support and meet legal duties. Personalised ads and notifications are used only in line with available choices and permissions.
Providers and transfers
We may use hosting and security providers, OneSignal for notifications, and Google Play, AdMob and UMP for distribution, advertising and consent. PayPal receives data only when you choose to open an external link. Providers operate under their own policies and, for transfers outside the EEA, applicable legal safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and handle safety, reports and legal duties. You can delete your account in the app or use the web form. Shared family data may require verification so another person’s content is not deleted.
Your rights and contact

Minimum age and updates
Santa Gift is only for people aged 13 or older and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service or applicable duties change.
