Delete account and data

Submit a deletion request for Santa Gift. Your request is recorded in the support system; it does not immediately erase your data.

We verify identity before taking action. A name, email address or family code alone does not prove ownership of an account or another participant’s content.

If you remember your password, you can verify your account now. Otherwise leave this field blank: your request will be recorded as awaiting verification. Never send passwords by email.

Data to review for your request

Account, credentials, sessions and associated content; group membership, messages, gift lists, shipping notes, meal contributions and Secret Santa data that belong to you. Shared data and content created without an account require separate verification. We do not delete other participants’ data based on a name alone.

The operator must also check any data held by service providers and any retention requirements, and communicate the outcome to you. Payments made on PayPal or Google Play are not cancelled by this request.
